about

The album was recorded in 2015 in New Palace of Ostromecko. WIthin the usage of sounds, it depicts the history of our planet. The opening track is called i Cloud – it is an energetic cloud out of which primordial matter arises. Next track, Devonian Forest, is inspired by Nature Reserve of Mariański Forest near Ostromecko. The first forests on Earth appeared in Devonian Period around 415 million years ago. In the third piece the artists made use of the sounds recorded on Phaistos (Crete) - the sounds has been processed in amphoras of Minoan Civilazation’s culture. Fourth composition was influenced by Francisco Goya’s painting The Third of May 1808. Next musical parts relate to the situation of immigrants and the illusion of our perception. The composition Last Buffalo Dies combines expansive characteristics of industrial sounds with the instruments imitating animals growls. Last track, i Ziggurat, creates the picture of omnipresent digital civilization.
